Cancellation Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is required upon booking. RETAINER can be transferred to new date, with at least a 24hr notice. SAME-DAY CANCELLATION forfeits retainer. NO-SHOWS SUBJECT TO 50-75% SERVICE FEE. CONFIRMATION: Please confirm appointment by clicking link in text/email, sent prior to appointment. UNCONFIRMED APPTS up to 12hrs before appointment, subject to cancellation + cancellation fee. LATE POLICY: Grace-period is 10-15 minutes, any time after, appointment may need to be altered, if time permits, or canceled. Rescheduling will require a NEW RETAINER. **We understand things come up, just please communicate. RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule with at least 24-48 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online (within 24hrs) or via text after that. EXTRA GUESTS: We ask kindly that you don’t bring any children or extra guests to your appointment, unless getting a service done. PAYMENT: Zelle, Cash (Preferred) - Debit/Credit.
