CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things come up, just please communicate with us. RESCHEDULING: We kindly ask that you cancel/reschedule, 24-48 hours in advance. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required upon booking & is applied to service total. SAME-DAY CANCELLATION FEE of 50% of service will be applied. LATE POLICY: After 15 minutes, if time permits—appointment may need to be altered, or canceled. Last-minute Cancellation fee applies. NO-SHOWS SUBJECT to 75% service fee. REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds, however, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment & we will gladly make any necessary adjustments. EXTRA GUESTS: We kindly ask that you don’t bring any children or extra guests to your appointment, unless receiving a service. PAYMENT: Zelle, Cash (Preferred) + Debit/Credit.
